1. ART(ie) is a community-led, non-incorporated organisation based in London, UK, dedicated to fostering social change through art, care, and collective action.

2. The organisation operates on a not-for-profit basis, reinvesting resources into projects that support creativity, inclusion, and community wellbeing.

3. Membership is open to individuals and collectives who share ART(ie)’s vision and values.

4. Decision-making is participatory and transparent, grounded in collaboration and accountability.

5. The organisation maintains independence from political, commercial, or religious interests while seeking partnerships aligned with its mission.

6. ART(ie) commits to ethical practice, equality, and accessibility across all its activities and communications.

Declaration of Intent

ART(ie) was founded on the belief that art is a language capable of holding contradiction without collapse. It exists to create spaces for connection, reflection, and resistance through creative practices. Our aim is to nurture inclusive artistic processes that support mental health, amplify underrepresented voices, and strengthen community networks. We approach each project as an act of care - for individuals, for collective stories, and for the systems that shape our lives. Through collaboration, research, and experimentation, ART(ie) seeks to transform frustration into creative agency, and bureaucracy into poetry.
